Hellas National Softball Team (HNST) has 501 (c)(3) status.
Why does Hellas Softball need sponsors and donor?
The Hellenic Baseball Softball Federation (HBSF) receives a generous grant of 12,000€/$13k from the Greek Government which covers essential expenses such as WBSC Europe membership fees and tournament fees. Additional funding is needed to cover the cost for coaches and athletes to compete every year.

What level are the Greek athletes who are selected to play for the
Hellas National Softball Team?
The athletes selected are competing at the highest level in their age category. NCAA D1, D2, and D3 athletes, as well as high school aged players competing on travel teams make up the majority of the team. Some athletes have finished college and continue to train and compete for the HNST.
Are all of the athletes Greek Citizens?
Yes! Greek citizenship is required for all athletes who play for Hellas Softball at competitions sanctioned by the WBSC.
