The Hellenic Baseball Softball Federation selects Chelsea Lisikatos as the new head coach for the Hellas National Softball Team. Coach Lisikatos is a dual citizens of Greece and the USA. Her family's Greek roots come from the Peloponnese (Sparta and Kyparissia).
Lisikatos was a four-time softball captain at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she graduated in 2015. She led the team in batting average and homeruns, ultimately being named to the roster of the College Sports Madness Conference USA All-Conference Team as a senior. She joined the Hellas National Softball Women's Team (HNST) in 2015 and has competed in over 12 tournaments for Greece. Coach Lisikatos has been the owner of the New York Nighthawks softball program since 2020.
Coach Lisikatos is excited to bring lots of energy and a unique perspective as someone who has competed for the HNST program for many year. "There is no greater honor than representing your family and your roots, specifically using the game we all love so much. I have extremely high hopes for this ambitious group of young ladies, and I know the future is beaming," says Lisikatos.

For Coach Lisikatos, softball is a family affair. You will see her biggest supporters - her husband Casey Perry and children Micah (6) and Nicoletta (3) - at every tournament.
